From December 15th to 18th, 2023, the annual international sales strategy conference of SynergyHanil Group was held at the Wangshu Academy in Chengdu. Sales and key engineering personnel from various regions gathered to review the work of the past year and outline the work plan for 2024.
On the first day, colleagues from Tianjin, Suzhou, Huizhou, Vietnam, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan arrived in Chengdu one after another. In the evening, a grand “Academy Night” welcome banquet was held.
Firstly, colleagues from various projects and technical teams across the group introduced and presented their respective product processes and offerings.
In the afternoon, we visited and learned from Tongyuan Group together.
The Vice President of the group provided a technical summary, while the group’s sales team, led by Amos Ho and Vice President Tina Liu, conducted sales strategy and skills training. Sales and project technical personnel from various regional companies introduced their respective products.

Chairman Wei Fengpin, along with the heads of various departments from the headquarters of SynergyHanil Group, including operations, lean management, EHS, planning, and administration, visited Shandong Yongfeng Group for a study tour. They received explanations and introductions about the enterprise, toured the corporate exhibition hall, the intelligent control center, and the production site.
Yongfeng Group executives provided a detailed introduction to the company’s on-site management, lean production, corporate culture, human resources, and digital construction. They shared advanced experiences and highlights in the development process, business layout, management innovation, lean operations, and more. There was an in-depth exchange of management practices between the senior executives of both companies.
The study tour at Yongfeng Group concluded successfully, with participants expressing strong positive feedback and substantial gains. Through on-site visits and in-depth discussions with Yongfeng personnel, there was a rich exchange of insights and experiences, resulting in a fruitful experience for all involved.
